The recipe:

The recipe for the tasty Meal Prep:

  • Set up your kitchen first, or your workspace, wherever you are going to make them. Wet a clean kitchen towel in a large bowl of warm water. Lay the towel out on a level surface such as a large chopping board or on your kitchen counter.
  • After that, submerge a rice paper in the heated water. It merely needs to be submerged for a few seconds to soften. On the kitchen towel lay the wrapper flat.
  • Add the fillings after that. In the fillings, add Rice vermicelli, Extra-firm tofu, Carrot, cucumber, Jalapeño, pepper, Avocado, and Fresh herbs.
